Wait what?

I came across this on Mangan's blog.

"HBDers are by nature and definition skeptics."

Of course, this is in the colloquial sense. What this means is that they hold beliefs that they think are true and find other beliefs that are in opposition to their beliefs false. So in other words, they are like everyone that thinks what they believe is true.
